Add a lot of items in one session

Bulk Add is for when you want to log a lot of things in one session rather than adding them one at a time. It offers three ways to capture: a batch of individual photos, a room scan, or a video walkthrough.

Bulk Add is a Vault or Unlimited feature. Trial users also have access during the trial period.

How to open it

Tap the add button and choose Bulk Add.

Three modes

Photo batch — Take photos one at a time, each of a single item. When you've captured everything, tap to analyze. Each photo is processed separately and produces one draft item.

Room scan — Take one or a few photos of a shelf, cabinet, or area and let AI extract the individual items it sees. One photo can identify several items at once. See Scan a whole room at once.

Video walkthrough — Record a short video walking through a room. Manifest extracts the items it spots in the footage. See Walk through a room on video.

Reviewing results

After capture, each item comes up one at a time for you to confirm, edit, or skip. Nothing is saved until you confirm each one. You can set the location, fix the name, add a price, or skip anything that doesn't look right.

Good to know

• Photo batch and room scan each use one AI action per photo.
• Video walkthrough has its own usage allowance separate from the per-photo AI action limit.
• If the AI misses something, add it manually after the session.
