Scan a whole room at once

Room scan lets you photograph a shelf, cabinet, or corner of a room and have AI pull out the individual items in one pass. It is faster than adding things one by one when you have a cluster of stuff in front of you.

How to start

1. Tap the add button and choose Bulk Add.
2. Take one or more photos of the area — a single shelf photo, several angles of a cabinet, whatever captures what you want to log.
3. Tap Add to send the photos for analysis.

Manifest suggests a location for the extracted items based on what it sees. You can change it during review.

Reviewing the results

Each extracted item comes up one at a time for you to confirm, edit, or skip. Nothing saves until you tap confirm on each item. Fix a wrong name, set a price, assign a location — then move to the next one.

Good to know

• Room scan uses one AI action per photo. If you add several photos at once, each one counts.
• Clutter, glare, and items that overlap heavily make extraction less accurate. A tidier shot with decent light gets better results.
• If an item is missed, just add it manually afterward.
