Privacy, deleting your account, and your data

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from Settings. There's no waiting period and no way to undo it.

Before you delete

If you want a copy of your data, export it first. See Export everything you own. Nothing can be recovered after deletion completes.

How to delete your account

1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll to Danger Zone at the bottom.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE in the confirmation field.
5. Tap Delete Everything.

Deletion runs immediately. All your items, photos, documents, insurance reports, and files are removed from Manifest's servers.

What gets deleted

Everything: assets, attachments, locations, tags, documents, insurance reports, usage history, and your account credentials. That includes anything in cloud storage. Nothing is kept after a successful deletion.

Good to know

• Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel through Stripe or the App Store first if you don't want to be billed again. See Change or cancel your plan.
• If deletion fails partway through, your data is still intact and you can try again.
