Export everything you own

Your inventory belongs to you. You can export the whole thing as a CSV file at any time, including after a trial ends.

Export your inventory

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Export as CSV.
3. The file downloads immediately.

The CSV includes one row per item: room, asset name, brand/model, serial number, UPC, ISBN, estimated value, purchase date, and warranty expiry. Items are sorted by room name, then alphabetically within each room.

Open it in Numbers, Excel, Google Sheets, or any tool that reads CSV.

CSV vs insurance export

Export as CSV produces a flat spreadsheet for your own records. Insurance Export (also in Settings) generates a formatted claims document with photos, receipts, depreciation figures, and ACV/RCV totals — the version you'd hand to an insurer. See Build an insurance report for how that one works.

Good to know

• The CSV export runs entirely in the browser. Your data goes directly to the downloaded file without passing through a server.
• No tier restriction. Export works on trial, Vault, Unlimited, and expired accounts.
• Photos appear in the formatted insurance report, but not in the CSV export.
