Insights and where you stand

Insights is a read-only breakdown of your inventory. It doesn't use AI actions — it works off what you've already entered.

You need at least 5 items before the page unlocks. Until then it shows a progress meter and a preview of the charts.

What Insights shows

• Categories — how your items break down by type
• Rooms and locations — which rooms hold the most, by count and value
• Brands — which brands show up most
• Timeline — when you bought things over time
• Top 5 by value — your priciest items
• Appreciation and depreciation — items that have likely gone up or down since you bought them
• Estimated weight by location — how heavy each location is, estimated by item category; useful when planning a move
• Coverage — how complete your records are: photos, prices, serials
• Home Score — a score based on how well-documented your inventory is
• Where you stand — how your inventory compares to other households, using anonymized data from Manifest users who have opted in

Good to know

• The household benchmark is opt-in. You'll be asked before your data is included.
• Insights is available on all plans, including during the trial.
